I discovered the halftone settings on Procreate the other day and have been going wild with it ever since. I also was messing around with the color curves. I still don't grasp them completely, but I like how this "Luna Moth" design turned out so I threw it up on my RedBubble shop. I've been really into this 70's mini dress style lately so I decided to make a few! Apparently these were called "sizzlers" and were paired with matching bloomers underneath. A little digital illustration that I did a while back. It's pretty different from the current art style and color scheme that I typically work in, but there is something that still really appeals to me about it. Maybe it's the loneliness that the lack of foreground dancers conveys. Like the viewer is at a chaotic bonfire party, yet they stand alone on one side of the fire, watching everyone else dance. This is an ongoing studio apartment dollhouse project that I started a couple years ago. It's a mix of items I've made, pieces gifted to me, and few purchases I just couldn't resist making myself. I made this chore jacket last fall out of some fabric I found at the thrift store (the same as the rabbit shorts I just made). The collar is from a pair of corduroy pants sourced in the same way. The sun print elbow patches, quilted pockets, and my favorite, the fireman clasps, are a few other cool details.
